Meet the Mentor: Nicolette Lazarus, Founder & CCO (Chief Connection Officer) at Womanship Nicolette Lazarus, of Jamaican heritage, was raised in the UK and now calls Amsterdam home after 18 years. With over 30 years of experience in the creative industries, she has contributed to building global brands like Visa and Volkswagen at top agencies, including Saatchi & Saatchi. As the founder of Womanship, Nicolette's mission is to reduce stress and enhance well-being for women and the professionals who support them. Inspired by personal challenges such as divorce, miscarriages, menopause, and imposter syndrome, Nicolette realized that women often hold back from sharing their common problems due to shame. Womanship, a wellness marketplace, seamlessly connects women with health and wellness professionals. It offers a secure, anonymous community where women can share concerns, receive peer support, and access expert information and services. For wellness professionals, the platform provides tools to boost business efficiency and generate leads through events and shared content. Nicolette's ambition is for Womanship to become a global hub where women and wellness experts can "Share more. Worry less." By fostering a community of support and understanding, she believes women have the power to change the world for the better.
