Meet the Expert: Dr. Martin Burt, CEO & Founder, Fundación Paraguaya | The Poverty Stoplight Dr. Martin Burt is a social entrepreneur who has developed various anti-poverty & educational social innovations, including the Business Stoplight. He is the founder & CEO of Fundacioìn Paraguaya, named LatAm’s most impactful & innovative development organization by the Inter-American Development Bank, and co-founded Teach A Man to Fish (UK). He has served as Chief of Staff to the President of Paraguay, Mayor of Asuncion, and Vice Minister of Commerce. He holds a PhD from Tulane University in Development Economics & International Development & is a Distinguished Visiting Professor at WPI. This is 30-minute session held in our investor lounge with small groups of 4-6 participants to share advice and insights.
