No more CV: Employing Generation Z
Have you ever submitted a CV, but never heard back? Did you feel frustrated by this application process? For Generation Z, the 1950s method of using a CV to apply for jobs simply will not work. At our roundtable, we will be discussing the ‘near-future’ of job applications: -Applying for jobs will not be a 'wasted time' experience, but instead, a learning-focused ecosystem. -Providing a positive and transparent candidate experience for all applicants will be key to hiring the best talent. -Reduced bias and diversity will be even bigger than they are today.
