Erica Ording is a Team Leader at Avantium in the Renewable Chemistries Business Unit. Avantium is a leading chemical technology company and a forerunner in renewable chemistry. Together with its partners, Avantium develops efficient processes and sustainable products made from bio-based materials. Erica is responsible for the team that works on making the best use of co-products. Before joining Avantium, she worked as a policy maker at NWO, the Dutch Funding agency. She has a PhD in Chemistry.
