Hacking our way to happiness: combining psychology and design to bring out the best in people
So the bad news is that people are unhappy. Unhappy at work, unhappy in their relationships, and unhappy with themselves. The good news is that science has all the answers! There has been decades of scientific research that helps us to understand what makes people feel happy. However, most people don’t have access to these practices. The great news is that technology enables us to make personal development scalable, so it is no longer a luxury project, but something that can be made available to the public. Our relatively new knowledge on how the human mind works and thrives is now ready to be translated into scalable solutions that affect the daily lives of millions. I will share my learnings from developing scalable solutions that are helping people grow happier and more connected.
