From frustration to change

We are often challenged by our circumstances and surroundings: no one has time, budget is scarce and there is a large workload. How does one create a change within context? This session is about learning to build an inner and outer movement that homes into what you find important and turning your frustration into something constructive and forward moving. This will be done by means of a series of questions that the attendees will be guided through and leaving with something small or big that they can tangibly work on.
