Visitors average online attention span is super short. If website visitors are unable to relate to a story at first sight they will leave the page. As a result, the average website session lasts under 10 seconds. Individualized experiences with high personal relevance improve these numbers drastically. But how do you know what an anonymous visitor wants? Using machine learning, it is now possible to scan and segment your anonymous traffic. Sander Nagtegaal, CEO at Unless, will discuss the caveats of creating audience segments using algorithms.
