All government API's available for developers
A lot of data is currently locked in government registers, and is therefore hard to reuse. In this workshop we discuss two initiatives that help developers to quickly find and use data from government registrations, while maintaining the highest standards in security and privacy. The two key subjects of this hands-on workshop will be: developer.overheid.nl, a 'developer first' catalog of government API's. NLX is an open source peer-to-peer system facilitating federated authentication, secure connecting and protocolling in a large-scale, dynamic API landscape with many organisations. It is designed for the Dutch municipalities, and will be used for data exchange within and between municipalities. The Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations and The Association of Netherlands Municipalities are working together to create a strong digital infrastructure for The Netherlands. Be there and learn to unlock our resources.
