Leading real change: How to stay focused and move from incremental to accelerated growth, including the ups and downs
Socrates said "the secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new". I lean on and believe in old insights, am addicted to all kinds of models and love to connect with all kinds of people; it helps me strengthening my leadership and change management skills. Many people and organisations know change is needed, it is mentioned in strategy, included in the numbers... However, leading change, real change, is hard, is scary and requires a different kind of commitment to stay focused. Unfortunately, often people take the easier way, which does not bring what was aimed for and can even result in negative impact. I would love to share my learnings with regards to leading real change, the ups and the downs. Insights about how to go from good to great, how to end up with high performing, happy teams, how to move from incremental to accelerated growth. Easy? Nope. Worth it? Absolutely!
