Following the footsteps of highly successful, new school work-culture builders like Buffer, more and more startups, remote teams and tech companies are looking to build a value-based company culture. Today, employees, clients, and other stakeholders expect that organizations have a clear set of core values that are genuine, that reflect what the company stands for, and most importantly, they expect that leaders and their teams live up to these values.
